Wildbirdhouse.com is owned and managed by Greg and Anisa Branigan.  We settled in Chesapeake, Virginia with our three children at the conclusion of Greg’s 21-year career in the Marine Corps.  We are dedicated to providing you with superior value in the content found on Wildbirdhouse.com, with a competitively priced and high-quality selection of birdhouses, bird feeders and bird baths as well as unmatched customer service.  Our goal is to become and remain your favorite internet birding store.

Our interest in birding started a few years back when our youngest son began to learn about birds in pre-school.  He loved to watch birds in the backyard, attempt to identify birds in the neighborhood and identify their calls.  We were startled by his fascination as we helped him look up various birds in books and on the internet.  Our own interest in birds took off as we attempted to cultivate this passion in our son.  As our education continues to grow, we are amazed by the large community of bird lovers that cover our country.  This remarkable pastime offers a sense of tranquility, excitement and adventure all at the same time. 

This interest in birding is complemented by long-time Anisa’s passion for home decoration.  We continue to search for quality products that are both welcoming to our feathered friends and guaranteed to add character to your backyard or your home.  If we do our job right, you and your friends will enjoy the appeal of your backyard while you are waiting for the birds to arrive and also when your backyard comes to life with your new feathered friends.
