Wildbirdhouse will work tirelessly to ensure 100% satisfaction of each one of our customers. After all, we want you to thoroughly enjoy our quality birding products and become life-long customers. We realize that returns are sometimes necessary because items simply don’t meet your expectations or become damaged during shipping.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. Call Anisa from our customer service team at 1-855-BIRD-LVR (1-855-247-3587) and we will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.  The RAN should be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.  Unauthorized returns may result in a delayed refund, partial refund, in-store credit, or refusal of the returned items.  

Refunds will be made based on the original purchase price only and will exclude shipping costs.  All returned products must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used. Credits will be made upon receiving and examining returned items.  All returns for reasons other than damage or defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days after receiving the item.  Shipping costs for items originally shipped with “Free Shipping” will also be deducted from refunds  

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. For your protection, we recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged, and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.

Please allow us 3 business days once we have received your return to process and credit your credit card.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, please contact us immediately and we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. We will ask you to provide us a description of the damage to the item as well as the condition of the packaging.

Credit and Return Time

Within 3 business days of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.  All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase. If you used a debit card for your purchase, we can only offer a refund by check or Wildbirdhouse.com store credit.

Canceling Your Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-855-BIRD-LVR (1-855-247-3587) within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service team will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped so that neither of us will incur unnecessary processing or shipping costs.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

We will never sell any customer information, including e-mail addresses, to any third party. This is our pledge to you, our customer. Information gathered by us will be used only by WildBirdhouse.com for the purpose of setting up commercial accounts and communications regarding orders placed with WildBirdhouse.com.

WildBirdhouse.com collects certain information from and about its users three different ways: from our Web Server logs, the user, and with cookies.

A. Web Server Logs and Cookies: A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer’s hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or viruses and ours automatically deletes themselves after 5 days if you have not created a shopping cart during that time.


When you visit our site we may track information to administer the site and WildBirdhouse.com may use the cookies to track your shopping cart information once you begin actively shopping here. The cookie also eases your shopping experience by loading pages faster.


We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. B. Personal User Information: Visitors to our site can register to purchase merchandise. When you register, we will request some personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number, fax number, account number, and other relevant information. If you are purchasing merchandise we will also request financial information. The financial information we collect is used only to bill you for the merchandise you purchased. If you purchase using a credit card, this information may be forwarded to your credit card provider. For other types of registration, we may ask for the relevant info.

One month after your order is placed your credit card information is automatically deleted from our database. Your privacy is our first and main concern. We understand you want to purchase bird products online and not have to worry about compromising your personal information to do so.

Limitations: Even though we try our best to ensure your privacy and security and always look to use the best available and tested technologies to guard and protect our Web site and our customers, we cannot guarantee absolute security, as new security threats are constantly being dealt with.
