Plantation House

This is the largest house that we produce. It has 8 separate nesting apartments each protected by a metal predator guard. By removing the roof, the interior partitions can be lifted out for easy cleanout and cleanup. Reinsert the walls and reattach the roof and another season of backyard birding awaits. This is truly a statement piece and does not get lost in space. It stands 28 tall and rests on a 12 square base. Use the permanently attached mounting collar over a 4x4 post and installation could not be easier. PVC lumber makes this house maintenance free.
