In an effort to provide superior products at the best price Wildbirdhouse.com only sells top quality products. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty service. Returns for any other reason will only be accepted within the first 30 days. Products must be returned undamaged and in the original package with a copy of the receipt. Please contact us by email at info@wildbirdhouse.com for a return authorization code. A credit for the full purchase price will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the return. The credit will be issued to the same credit card that was used for your purchase.
