Shipping

We currently offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous states for selected orders with a purchase price over $75. Shipping fees for orders below $75 are calculated using FEDEX Home Delivery rates based on product weight and delivery zones.

Many orders received prior to 2 p.m. EST will be shipped the same business day from our warehouses in Mexico, Missouri and Chesapeake, Virginia. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise specified. All orders are shipped via FEDEX or UPS Ground Delivery. Standard Ground Delivery usually arrives within 1-5 business days to most American cities. We will provide you with a tracking number via email at the time the order is shipped from the warehouse. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may vary. Wildbirdhouse.com does not provide delivery on Sunday or national holidays.

Currently, Wildbirdhouse.com only ships products within the United States. We cannot ship international orders.
